July 2008 - Landmark Bread & Butter continues her winning ways with current
rider, Ashley Foster. Owner, Dr. Betsee Parker, reports that Butter was not only
champion in the Hopeful Hunter division at the A rated Swan Lake Mid Summer
Stroller held on July 24 - 26, 2008, she also was the division champion in the
Children's Small/ Medium Pony Hunter Division, winning the hack and the classic
for that division.
Betsee & her daughter, Rosie, could not be more proud of what their 'little
Butter' has accomplished she is quite the 'crowd favorite'!
In June, Ashley & Butter also clinched the Local Small/Medium Pony Hunter
Championship at the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show in Leesburg VA.

"Butter" is a stunning and
sensible palomino mare. She is a 10+ mover and super flashy!
Her wonderful disposition makes her
ideal for children and she is calm and cooperative in any circumstance.
She has excellent
ground manners and will stand politely with a child all day.
In April 2005, she spent three weeks
at Clay Hill Barn (Berryville, Virginia)
participating in a
lesson program with many children.
In spring 2006, she
competed in the Pleasure and Short Stirrup Divisions.
Butter has begun
competing in the VPBA Performance Division as well as the Local Small Pony
Hunter Divisions. Butter is eligible green for 2007
In June 2006, in the
Upperville Colt and Horse Show, she was brilliant -- especially for a
four-year-old pony.
In a good-sized
division of mostly made ponies, Butter was first and second over fences,
clenching the Local
Small Pony Hunter Division Championship.
